Arrivals.

Ok, party people here is what we have just received in from the East Coast.
Salumeria Biellese has graced us with the following delectable salumi:
Petit Jesu-the baby Jesus 'cause its weighs like 9 pounds.
Finochiono-see the "o" on the end means it’s big, big like the PJ, and studded with fennel seeds.
Finochetta-the "a" makes it small. Little fennel studded salame
Sweet sopressata-a favorite since we opened.
Hot Sopressata-its evil twin, spicy!
Rosette de Lyon-similar to the sopressata a French version with Provencal spices
Saucisson Sec Basque-A Basque style salumi, a little spicy and garlicky.
Coppa- a mild version of coppa. Very tasty.
Napolitano-this is a new one come in for a taste
Felino-another new salame from the kids at SB, you just have to try it.
Bresaola-a whole, cured, beef tenderloin. This one is made here in the USA not like all the others out there imported from S. America.
Mortadella-traditional Bolognese salumi. This is the original bologna, and no it is not just for sandwiches.
I think that is it for Biellese, but if I missed something it will be at the shop on Thursday.
We also received in some great cheeses including the following:
Appenzeller-this always seems to be a favorite. High alpine cheese with a rich fruity flavour.
Comte Ft. Lucotte-An amazing Comte that continues to humble me every time I taste it.
Exploratur-This is a great triple crème, that is hard to come by. If you like Delice you'll love this.
Gouda-this is the one that everyone asks about. The 5yr old Gouda from Holland. 'Nuff said.
We are also fully loaded on, the now very famous, Parma Prosciutto that we have become somewhat know for. People this is THE best you will find outside of a trip to Italy. Seriously.
Again if there is anything I forgot to mention it will still be at the shop on Thursday. Hope to see all of you there soon. Cheers.
